My son, David Blackmon has broken his ankle
in two separate places that requires surgery and the doctor said that there is no way around it. After arriving at the hospital, he contacted his employer to get his insurance information and discovered that he messed up on the online insurance enrollment about a month ago, and the time has lapsed to make corrections for benefits.
Currently, he is without insurance and cannot have surgery unless he makes a down payment of $8,500 to the hospital the day of surgery.
He is in a lot of pain and needs to have it as soon as possible. Without this surgery, he will be unable to work and support his family.
