Baby Averys big move

Hi my name is Gabriella  and the little angel in the video above is my daughter Avery Jade , I am a single mom of a daughter diagnosed with cerebral palsy she also has seizures on a daily basis and is given medication around the clock, she is feed through a g-j tube and has respiratory difficulties at times, she has not met many mile stones so she is still dependent of me to carry her everywhere, so as you can imagine it has been far from easy but i wouldn't change it for the world, we are located on the Big Island of Hawaii and there aren't many medical resources on my home island for my daughter, but fortunately for us these resources are not far, it is a 45min airplane ride away but at the moment I am Currently not at work because of the high needs my daughter needs on a daily basis, there are also not to many options on getting help for my self to get a stable job here, My daughter is 4 months away from being 2 years old and things have not changed much we have been medevaced a total amount of 8 times since she was born and have had to stay at the children's hospital for stays that last from 1 to 3 months, it has been very rough living so far from my daughters hospital, I am doing the best I can to move us both to the island of Oahu to not only better both our futures but to also get proper medical attention for my daughter when needed, so i am asking if anyone is willing to help in any way my daughter and I would be extremely grateful and blessed.
