Help for paramedic Ira

Ira Ivanyush, Ukrainian military paramedic, 25 years old girl lost both legs from shell explosion in eastern Ukraine.  She is in hospital right now. Please help and don't forget to write couple warm words of support, we will pass that to Ira. Let's help our brave nurse!
