Please help we are going to lose our home

November of last year I was put out of work due to numerous health issues which made it impossible to work. Because of my illnesses I have good days and bad days. The bad days started to come more often which in turn made me unable to go to work so my dr decided I would be better if I went on permanent disabilty which I am still waiting to be approved. My diagnosis are Fibromyalgia, Degenerative Disc Disease, Benign brain tumor, Diabetes, Osteoarthritis, COPD, Asthma, Emphysema and herniated and extruding discs in my neck and back. All of these ailments causes severe pain and my breathing issues makes it difficult to do anything. I am trying so hard to keep up with bills but I'm failing terribly. I am now 3 months behind on my rent and I am so scared my landlord is going to begin the eviction process and if he does we will have no place to go. I can't sleep and I cry almost every night. My anxiety and depression are getting worse. I don't know what to do. I have been trying to sell my belongings to raise the money but I have not had any luck. I finally had my back surgery on the 13th where they went through my stomach to do bone grafting and then they did 3 incisions on my back to fix my extruding disc, replace 2 discs, fused them and add plates and screws to my spine. I am still in extreme pain everyday. I have no quality of life anymore. I have contacted Catholic Charities, St. Paul De Vincent, BCAP, and Social Services. They have all said they can't help me. Please if anyone is able to help it would be a blessing. If you can't help by donations can you please share. I apologize to my family and friends if this embarrasses anyone in any way but I have to try and save our home with every way possible.
