The Memory Project

The Memory Project is a charitable nonprofit organization that invites art teachers and their students to create and donate portraits to youth around the world who have faced substantial challenges, such as violence, disasters, extreme poverty, neglect, and loss of parents. Shaler Area High School's National Art Honors Society has taken part in this organization for a few years now, and we want to continue to do so in the future so these donations are imperative to further this wonderful and fulfilling experience. Every donation will go back into The Memory Project, not only to raise awareness for this incredible organization, but so we as students can continue to have the privledge of painting portraits for impoverished children in refugee camps around the world. Help us be able to take part in this extraordinary experience not only now, but in the future!
