$9,830 of $10,000 goal

Raised by 154 people in 38 months
Erie Trap and Release raises funds to spay and neuter feral cats and kittens, and to provide life-saving treatment to injured and ill feral cats. In addition to this, we are raising funds to vaccinate, provide flea/worming treatments and to provide daily care for adoptable cats and kittens that cannot be safely released back to their home environment.

We cannot emphasize enough, that it takes a community: We cannot save lives and place these cats in homes without your support.

We are in desperate need of funding. While we have a ton of support from the community, the donations are not forthcoming. Nonetheless, we continue in our mission to aid ferals at our own expense because this issue is our dream; this issue is our passion.

We would like to do even more for these helpless and unwanted animals...And we try, but right now, it takes every penny to feed and provide critical medical care to the cats that cannot be released back into their former environment....the cats who are waiting for their Forever homes.

With sufficient funding, it is my goal to purchase several acres of fenced in property, with an outbuilding which will provide shelter and sanctuary for the animals as well as a safe environment for them to be released into after they have healed from their operations. They will be cared for by me personally, as well as by prescreened volunteers who have no criminal history of animal abuse.

In addition, I would like to go on speaking tours to increase public awareness of this critical under-reported issue in our community.

We are hoping to organize a Feral Cat Walk on October 16th each year, to honor National Feral Cat Day, but it takes funds to promote and run this event.

I can not tell you how much your support means to us and especially to the many cats and kittens who are needlessly suffering and dying due to no fault of their own. Please partner with us to give a voice to the voiceless, help to the helpless and hope to these hopeless creatures by your sponsorship. HELP SAVE A LIFE TODAY!
