Viva left foot

Hello friends. As some of you may know our friend, David Bryan has had quite a battle the last few weeks. He has been in the hospital fighting for his life and now he is fighting to keep his foot. David has no insurance at this time and has been relying on the free clinic for diabetes health issues. Needless to say, he needs our help.
