Since 2005 I have been teaching various styles of dance and fitness in my own studio. My studio was the first of it's kind to open in Arizona offering what I coined as "alternative dance fitness." I have had an incredible journey using my knowledge, experience and expertise to help women not only get in shape but to realize their potential, prowess, beauty and strength as well as recognize abuse patterns in relationships and heal any abuse trauma and PTSD with dance movement therapy.
Along with my work as a fitness professional, dance instructor and nutritional counselor, I am also a professional performer. I have revolutionized the nightclub entertainment industry by being the first person to bring aerial go-go dance to Arizona's night clubs and provided entertainment jobs for local talent as well as entertaining and/or teaching thousands of people just in AZ for over 15. I use my studio for all these classes, photo shoots, rehearsals, and more....so it's devastating that I can not use it while the AC is out.
Today, I need YOUR help. The AC unit in my studio has broken and the landlord feels it is "not his responsibility" to fix it and so I am left with a repair bill upwards of $3000. Unfortunately, I don't have the money to pay it right now and it's horribly uncomfortable dancing in 110 degress and while I can push through it, my students and clients won't...and I don't blame them.
If you have EVER enjoyed one of my performances, classes, pictures, videos or posts, PLEASE make a donation to support the future of my studio. I would hate to lose my studio over something as simple as an AC repair and the longer in takes for me to find the money the harder it is to recover classes.
