Village Family is a multifaceted organization that was founded in 2014 by Natisha Wilson to provide outreach resources to those experiencing financial hardship and food insecurities. Village Family is a valuable community resource that feeds, clothes and educates. Village Family is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation organized to rejuvenate and strengthen Norfolk underprivileged residents through supportive programs and activities, including adult education, life skills, clothing, youth mentoring, health awareness, and feeding the undeserved. Our mission is to make sure that no one that comes to us in need goes without assistance or goes to bed hungry.
Village Family is seeking to purchase a vehicle to support a mobile pantry
to support the demands of the undeserved communities in Norfolk Virginia and surrounding areas. In addition, Village Family is requesting assistance to enable us to operate an effective food distribution and emergency assistance education outreach program to serve those in need year round.
