Vikingos al Nacional Master

Hola, mi nombre es Luis Moreno y soy de Venezuela. Tengo la fortuna de ser miembro fundador y actualmente atleta activo y colaborador de la Junta Directiva de la Asociación Civil sin fines de lucro Vikingos de Chacao Club de Natación Master, establecida desde el 2007, que reúne a un grupo de entusiastas deportistas de todas las edades contempladas en el amplio abanico de las categorías de la natación Master federada, unidos estrechamente por el deseo de superación deportiva y crecer en todos los ámbitos de acción del ser humano.
A comienzos de Abril logramos el primer lugar en campeonato Estadal Master, por lo que esta campaña está motivada por el deseo de aglutinar la mayor participación posible de nadadores, que por si mismos no tienen los medios económicos para asistir a este tipo de eventos en otra ciudad, y de esta forma lograr ubicarnos en el podio del campeonato nacional de natación Master a realizarse en la ciudad de Maracaibo la segunda semana de Noviembre del presente año.
Los fondos son requeridos para cubrir los gastos de viaje, a saber: transporte terrestre, hotel y alimentación para una nómina total de 40 atletas más 3 personas del equipo técnico que nos apoya. El retiro de los fondos será realizado en primer lugar de forma parcial en un 40% para las reservas de hotel y transporte. Si logramos la meta, el 60% restante posteriormente serán entregados a la Asociación Civil, para cubrir los costos de alimentación. Todo el manejo de los fondos será a través de una cuenta bancaria en USA, y será auditado por la Junta Directiva de la asociación civil.

Hi there! My name is Luis Moreno and I am from Venezuela. I have the great fortune of being a founding member and active athlete and collaborator of the Board of Directors for the non-profit Civil Association Vikingos de Chacao Master Swimming Club, established since 2007. Vikingos is a team that brings together a group of enthusiastic swimmers of all ages, united by the desire to be faster in the water (pool or open water) and to improve in all areas of activity.
At the beginning of April, we achieved first place in the State Swimming Master Championship. We are therefore motivated in campaigning to gather the greatest possible participation of swimmers, who by themselves and due to a severe economic crisis, do not have the means to attend this type of event in another city. Only with good fund raising, will we achieve a respectable place on the podium of the National Master Swimming Championship, which will be held in the city of Maracaibo, the second week of November.
The funds are required to cover travel expenses, namely: ground transportation, hotel and food for a total of 40 athletes, plus 3 people in the technical team who support us during the event. The withdrawal of the funds will be made first in 40% to cover hotel and transportation reservations. If we achieve the goal, the remaining 60% will later be delivered to the Vikingos team to cover food expenses. All funds will be handled through a bank account in the USA, and will be audited by the Board of Directors of the civil association.
