Vietnam Vet Wm Michael Ballew Death
Donation protected
William Michael Ballew, known to everyone as Pops, was a joke-cracking, car mechanic loving man who loved his little dog Mosby. He loved the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. He served his country in Vietnam, drove and taught others how to drive 18-wheelers, and enjoyed working at McDonald's helping people.
He reconnected with my mother, Carol, after 35 years and they rekindled their relationship and he moved to Alabama.
He sadly passed away September 4, 2018, after being in CICU for four weeks battling a serious illness. Unfortunately, he had no funeral arrangements or policies or life insurance to cover his debt and after-death expenses, which are now left to my mother. As you can imagine, this is a heavy burden.
Any donation amount will be greatly appreciated and if you cannot donate, please share this campaign on social media, email, and text.
