Danny Boice and Jen Mellon are two nefarious "entrepreneurs" who purchased this home with the proceeds raised by investors and meant to build a business called FlimFlam and currently doing business as Trustify. Instead, they have directed this money to purchase homes, boats, cars, country clubs, lavish vacations in private jets. Supposed intelligent investors from "sophisticated" firms have invested in these crooks after performing little due diligence and providing no corporate governance (trustify has no outside board seats and does not provide annual independently audited operating results). I am going to rent their summer home to produce an educational video blog series on how to perform the investor due-diligence, how to use google (because these moron investors probably never figured that out or they wouldn't have invested in crooks) to ensure investors are making legitimate investments in legitimate business people.
