Victory Youth Training Academy is a 501c3 non-profit that uses sports education to build character and academic success in underserved communities in New Orleans.
Now, we are trying to crowd source a new training complex in the Upper 9th Ward. The new facility will have classrooms for tutoring and early intervention, and areas to work on sports fundamentals.
In the past 9 years, our programming has reached hundreds of children at a variety of community sites such as Akili Academy, Arise Academy, Arthur Ashe Charter School, Joseph S. Clark Preparatory High School, Langston Hughes Academy, Samuel J. Green Charter School and New Orleans Recreation Development Commission centers.
