Victoria's Replacement Computer
Donation protected
Sadly today, September 10, 2018, while Victoria was sitting in the cafeteria at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, her backpack was stolen from under her chair. It contained her wallet and her brand new Mac Book Pro laptop computer that her father had bought her as a high school graduation present only two weeks prior. Victoria needed this computer for studies in college. She is over 3,000 miles away from home, does not have any money, or credit card nor her computer which she badly needs for her studies. She is a Bio-medical Engineering student in her first semester in college and is taking Calculus, Chemistry, Physics and Canadian studies. She very much needs to get a replacement as soon as possible. Computers are mandatory in college now, especially for an engineering student and she will soon start falling behind without one. Although Victoria is enrolled at Northeastern University in Boston, MA, as part of an international program, she must attend her first semester at a reciprocating university in a foreign country. Because she has studied french in school for the last five years, she selected McGill University in Montreal, so she could become immersed to improve her conversational french.
As you can imagine, Victoria is quite distraught over this unfortunate incident and would greatly appreciate any help that people can provide. It is so very important that she not lose any time and fall behind in her studies. The money raised will be directly used to buy her another computer and back pack as soon as enough can be raised. There aren't words to adequately describe Victoria's gratitude for everyone's help in this time of need. Thank you !
