Victor graduated from Highland Park High School as a member of the class of 2018 and lost his life in a tragic accident on May 20, 2019. Victor immediately began working after graduation to help support his family and younger siblings. Your donations will go directly to Victor's mother (Virginia Cruz) to pay for funeral arrangements.
