Heart surgery

My family and I just got devistating news that by the end of this week I have to have open heart surgery to fix a anurism on my heart that is close to rupturing. I just started with a new company that does not offer any disability insurance so for 4-6 weeks I will have no income to support my family of two little boys and my fiance. It's hard for me to post this cause I am one who hates asking for help but I feel out of options. Anything helps at all even just sharing this.
