FTM TOP SURGERY

Hi, my name is Charlie and I'm female to male transgender, I've known since quite a young age I am finally ready to become the person I feel like on the inside. I have gender dysphoria which in medical terms is 'The definition of gender dysphoria is an emotional and psychological condition experienced when a person's gender identity differs from the sex they were assigned at birth' but I experience a lot on the physical side of dysphoria mainly from my chest. I've always had a naturally large chest and its ruining my life, its ruining the way I see myself and I cant express myself or be comfortable in my body as long as I have this female looking chest attached to me. The surgery is expensive and most people, like myself cannot afford it. I hate to ask for donations but at this point I feel like I don't have any other choice, I just want to live my life and be who I really am.
