Veteran in need of reliable vehicle

A friend of mine, Jose Richardson has fallen on hard times and is needing a little help.  Living in mountainous Colorado, He is in need of a decent 4 wheel drive pickup truck.  Winter is quickly approaching soon and getting to and from work will be nearly impossible without reliable transportation.   His current vehicle's transmission has failed and needs a fixing.  Fixing it as it is will cost nearly $4000-$6000 dollars to replace.  Jose is a great stand up guy.  Jose is a veteran of the U.S. Army assigned to the 82nd Airborne.  He has served his country well with honorable discharge and I would like to collect some money for him to get a 4x4 pickup.  Nothing fancy, just a good reliable vehicle to help take him back and fourth to work and school.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you and God bless!
