Vet visit and medicine for UTI

So last night I found out that my cat had started urinating in strange areas, and one area I saw that bloody. So I needed to keep and eye on him. All day today I have been watching him trying to pee in his litterbox. He scraches, then sits down, then scratches again, then sits down. I notice that the spots he does sit down in is dry. then rarely its a bit wet but not much. I need to take him to the vet but I am currently unemployed and unable to find a job soon. I need the funds asap. Please if you can help I would be very greatful. This cat has helped me with my depression and kept me from taking my life. This is a very urgent situation as he is very important to me.
