VBT operation to make a gymnast dream come true

My 10 year old daughter was diagnosed almost 2 years ago with scoliosis. It was a massive shock when we found out her curve was over 80 degrees. Her consultant wanted to operate with in a few months. My daughter asked all the questions about the operation to be told that she would have to give up her acro gymnastics. My daughter sat there sobbing. She begged the doctor to try the brace. She was told that the brace wouldn't work but they would try it. The brace has stopped her curve from progressing and putting the operation on hold. With this it has gave me time to find a operation that would mean my daughter can carry her acro gymnastics on. We are travelling to Germany to have the VBT surgery done her operation date is the 13th November 2019. The VBT  isnt available on the NHS . This is the best option for my little girl anyone that knows Yazmin she eats sleeps dreams of gymnastics. Please help my little girls dreams come true.
