fam of 8!life changed in seconds!

We was woke up at 4am by a man crashing his car into the front of our house,He is from the UK and the car has paper tag he can't speak English,he came one foot from runing over my 4 year old daughter and 3 foot from my son,he went into my 15 year olds bedroom and ruined all of her belongings!she took a complete lossthe man manipulated the police saying he was working for a car lot moving cars from Texas to a lot in ark and he fell asleep cops tell us he is a good man he has insurance and everything is good,come to find out,he set in our front yard a hour and 12 minutes after hitting our home and took out a real insurance policy and the time doesn't match so the insurance didn't cover it,tag was fake,there is not car lot by the name and it all was fake!so we are left to pay and we are a one income family of 8!he ran threw my kids trampoline,bycicles,motor bike dog house and then into our house!took out half of master bedroom and my daughters room he wiped master bedroom closet out!it has taken us years to get what we have one peice at a time and this guy took it away in seconds!Im not worried about my things I'm just wanting to replace my kids things and any bit of help would mean the world to me!it just isn't fair this grown man just took so much of my kids stuff in seconds an walked away and is probably back in the uk now!!if you can't help your prayers and well wishes is greatly appreciated!
