Valkyrie's surgery

This is our 6 year old family "puppy" Valkyrie.  Starting this past Wednesday she started to get sick with vomiting.  Flash forward to today, with two rounds of fluids, anti nausea medicine, and xrays.  We found out that she has two foreign bodies that she has not been able to pass on her own.  So her bowls are obstructed.  She is in need of an exploratory bowel surgery to try and remove the objects and possibly have a bowel resuction.  If left untreated her bowels will perforate and she will internally bleed out and die.

I am a single mom of twins.  And it is honestly a very hard and financially stressful time.  I feel horrible for making this page since I never ask for help.  I'm used to helping others every day as a career.  Today I was faced with the decision to either keep our house or help the puppy that we love with all of our hearts.  I just have no idea what to do at this point.  I was declined for the carecredit.  And no vet in the area with a payment plan.  With even no money to have her euthanized at this point.  Which is just tearing me apart at the thought of her in pain and possibly perferating and nothing I can do to help.
