Please help my dog with surgery !

My dog Forley got into a car accident last night , April 18 ,2018 at 10:40 pm , he is a 1 year old Siberian husky. Forley had gotten loose and had been crossing the street at a slow pace when a speeding black suv intentionally sped up and ran over him. As we know speeding is an ongoing issue throughout the city and unfortunetly Forley got loose and was at the wrong place at the wrong time . The man clearly didn’t stop and dragged him across the street . The man didn’t even stop to see what harm he caused , and sped away. Forley is in really bad shape he needs multiple surgeries and they are really expensive. Please help our one year old forley get better and be with his family . Anything could help I will really appreciate everything .
