Hi I am Lizzie
I have been challenged to set up a gofundmepage page as many people have asked me how they can give to my next mission trip!
I live and work in Halifax in Yorkshire, I love God and his people and love to share the good news of Jesus with those around me.
I would really like to learn more about how to share my faith across cultures and through supporting those who are marginalised and vulnerable. I have been fortunate in doing some of this already I have been to Rwanda, Tanzania and Brazil.
I have a wonderful opportunity that I would like to be able to take up. Heidi Baker a famous evangelist and missionary to the poor, a present day Mother Theresa, has a training programme. I applied to go on this and to my astonishment I have been successful. The training will begin in Scotland, Israel and will end up in Madagascar. With the team I will learn to minsters across cultural boundaries, learn how to live alongside and support the poor have experience of living in the bush and sharing in fellowship and learning with those who have a similar heart.
The challenge I face right now is raising the money to enable me to do that.
I know that this will be a totally life changing experience for me and I would love for you to journey with me through prayer and financial support.
