HELP NEEDED FOR DOWN PAYMENT

I am looking to fund raise around $2000 for my sister to be able to have a down payment for her a vehicle that she can drive back and forth to school and work everyday, or even a used vehicle that is cheap. On Wednesday, July 18th, she was in a car accident that resulted in her car being completely totaled. Thankfully, she made it out of the accident alive and walking. The insurance would not cover for her to be able to have another vehicle and neither her nor our family can afford to get her a car for school. She is a 17 year old college student and is doing all she can do with going to school and working a part time job. With her not being 18, I am hoping to be able to help her out with getting her a car as soon as possible so she can continue to make it to school and work everyday because she deserves it more than anyone I know.
