Help for Rocky

Rocky came to me by word of a friend that he needed help. He’s joined me with his two bully sisters. Now a family of three bully’s. Rocky’s such a sweet gentle boy. Not sure of a birth date but believe he’s around two years old. Rocky has double ear infections and double eye infections. Rocky has Entropian in both upper and lower in both eyes. Surgery is needed for his eyes double. He also needs to be neutered. This will need to be done in about ten days after the infection is gone or he could lose his eye sight. I love Rocky and will get this done either way some how but any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much. Love this bully family.
