Leos leg surgery and recovery

Hi guys. I never thought I would be doing this but my little Leo fractured his leg today. I rushed him to emergency vet, and $1,400 later, I’ve only put a dent in what this accident is going to cost me. Obviously I love my puppy and I don’t want to see him in any more pain than he already is...
With that being said, he is expecting emergency surgery in the AM and the vet doesn’t offer any sort of payment plan. On such short notice I have exhausted all I have, and unfortunately I’m still looking at a pretty hefty bill to come, which is expected on release of my puppy to me. I have no where else to turn. Please if you can help I would greatly appreciate it. I wouldn’t be asking for help if it wasn’t an emergency.
