A Mother’s Last Hope

Hi my name is Shanel Sailsman and I am a single mother of 3 beautiful children Giovanni 8, Sophia 2, and Valentino 1. I’ve been going through some really hard times that haven’t seem to stop. I had recently got out of a abusive relationship that went way to far and I ended up in the hospital with a concussion. At that point my children and I went away for a week so we could clear our minds of the negativity.
Everything seemed to be going in the right direction, at this time I started working and also got a second job so I would be able to support my family. About 2 weeks into working my car decided to break down and wont start anymore. Now I had no way of bringing my children to school and myself to work. I’ve decided to rent a car but being a single mother and have limited amounts of money it is getting very expensive.
On top of all of that just a couple of days ago I woke up with severe abdominal pains and had to get rushed to the hospital. Upon waiting to get tests done I found out my appendix had burst and I had to get emergency surgery to get it removed. I was in the hospital for 3 days and then discharged to go home. So currently I am unable to work for a month and can’t lift over 10lbs for 4-6 weeks which is impossible with 2 toddlers and an 8 year old that only want there mother.
This all happened within a month span so as you can see I have been thrown every mother’s worse nightmare not being able to provide for my family even though I am doing the best I can. I feel like I take one step forward and get pushed 10 steps back, but still trying to keep my head up high for my children cause I am all they have.
I’m asking for your help to get me through these couple of months so I can stay above my bills, care for my children and possibly get a cheap car to get us to where we need to go.
