$1 Fence For Companion Dogs

My mother and I just recently moved into an new home with our two emotional support/Companion dogs. They really need a fenced area to run around in.  They are really sweet dogs and always look miserable on leash or tied up. Our property management requires a 4' chain link with cemented posts and top rail in order for us to have one. The fencing quotes we have gotten are more than we can afford right now. Anything would be appreciated even materials or help with installation. At the moment we only asking for $1 donations to get us started we are working and trying to save up for it too.
