Logan's New Bike

Just letting all you people know that our main man Logan is going in for the second surgery on his legs, feet, etc on June 4th, 2015. For those of you who don't know our nephew Logan, he has left side Hemi-parisis Cerebral Palsey. As a result of said dignosis, he has had one major surgery already in 2013 to his legs to correct his gait and help him walk more effieciantly. This time around he will be having the hardware from his first surgery removed and having the same procedure re-done on his right leg. They are also going to do some stuff to his feet to raise his arches which will also help him walk. Logan will be laid up for a good portion of the summer as a result of this procedure. To assist and motivate Logan in is recovery, We have set up this site to solicite donations for a Trailmate Lowrider bicycle as well as other equipment which will help with his recovery.
Logan right now has a bike, but because most of his "power" is on his right side he leans heavily to the right and because of that he has to have training wheels. He knows all his friends his age do not need training wheels and with this bike he could feel "normal" for his age! Logan's mom has informed us that Logan would also benefit from a hammock (to assist with his sensory stuff).
As most kids do, Riley feels very left out when Logan is given all this attention and for that reason I am also asking for funds to get Riley a trampoline or if enough funds are raised a backyard jungle gym.
Scott and Beckie will also be using the funds to pay for traveling back and forth to the Hospital this summer for all of Logan's follow up Doctor's Appointments and Therapy Appointments.
Anyway, please give some money to this or we will be forced to contact our friends Rocco and Gino who work for the union down on the docks. Trust us, you don't want us to have to get Rocco and Gino involved so do the right thing eh?!
