Bridging the Nations Ministries Int

Thank you for taking the time to read this request. My name is Joe Dine. I live near Annapolis MD, and a member of a local Baptist Church.

My first mission trip to Cuba in 2012 was a life changing experience for me. It humbled me and created within me a desire to return and help the Cuban people and churches. Each returning mission trip to different areas of Cuba has captured my heart. I have developed life-long friendships and even met a Cuban woman to whom I am now married.

As a Christian, I believe that I am called to establish an international ministry to support and encourage indigenous churches of other nations. Because of the relationships I already have in Cuba, I am beginning there. As a result of my church’s 12 year history of traveling to Cuba with multiple trips each year, BNMI already has established relationships with dozens of pastors, 4 seminaries and the head of the Council of churches in Cuba. Translators, trip leaders and logistics personnel are already established in Cuba.

The vision is to assist American churches of any denomination to partner with similar churches in another country. Such a partnership would allow the American church to continue to visit small indigenous churches, support them not only financially, but also train, equip, and encourage these brothers and sisters who serve God under incredibly difficult circumstances. Bridging The Nations Ministry International, Inc. is the means to by which American church groups are taken to Cuba for a mission trip that allows them to experience Cuban life and culture first-hand; to see the Cuban church up-close and personal; to meet Cuban pastors as they shepherd their congregations.

Bridging The Nations Ministry International, Inc. (BNMI) is in the formative stage. I will be traveling to Cuba for three weeks this fall to finalize the details and make sure everything is in place in Cuba. We anticipate mission trips to Cuba beginning in early 2016. As with any start-up organization, we are in need of finances to fund the front end expenses of our ministry before the actual mission trips begin in 2016.

We ask for your support first by praying for our ministry as it is birthed. Pray for me as I follow God in leading this ministry. Finally, I ask that you prayerfully consider any financial gift that you feel led to donate to our ministry.
Perhaps your church would like the experience of sending a team to Cuba to minister. BNMI exists so that churches like yours can go and minister and partner with sister churches in Cuba.

Thanks again for taking your time to read this message.
Sincerely,
Joe Dine
