With 152 inches of rain in a 9 month period, standing water is a huge issue. Standing water promotes mosquito breeding which results in ailments such as Dengue fever, Malaria, yellow fever, etc. All of which has the ability to maime and/or kill. Keeping the land free from standing water is only vital to the health of the community we live in.
