US National Optimist Sailing Team

I have qualified for the US National Optimist Sailing Team.  I have been invited by the Team to represent the US at the IODA (International Optimist Dinghy Association) Asian and Oceanic Championship in Myanmar,  Southeast Asia.

I will have the opportunity to compete with youth sailors from all over the world at the highest level. I have been training for six years to get to this point.

I am raising funds for the expenses to compete in this international regatta.  Expenses include airfare and ground transportation, accommodations, food, boat charter, coaching fees, and other costs related to my participation and not for any others or family members who may attend.

The USODA (United States Optimist Dinghy Association) has organized and budgeted efficiently for all participants and these contributions will be accounted for and used only to pay for the expenses for this regatta and no other extra curricular activities.
