End discrimination in pre-service teacher exams

The Literacy and Numeracy Test for Initial Teacher Education students discriminates both directly and indirectly  against the disabled, indigenous, those from disadvantaged backgrounds or those who speak a language other than English. 

This is in violation of Australian anti-discrimination law.

Unfortunately, the only way for this to change is to challenge the validity of the exam  in court. 

Therefore, funds are needed to pursue legal action with the ultimate aim of organising a class action lawsuit against the exam administrator on behalf of all who have been unfairly discriminated against.
