Service pup needs broken jaw repair

LOGAN IS MY SERVICE DOG who fractured his jaw and needs immediate attention!
He works as my loyal assistant who accompanies me to doctor appointments, on plane flights, and to specialists. He also supports me in general and fills a very big void in my life.
Logan has a Bilateral Mandibular Fracture (of the jaw.) He was injured nearly two weeks ago and needs Mandible plate insertion surgery to rejoin the two pieces of the jawbone together.
I have been referred to Virginia Tech Small Animal Hospital and was given a cost estimate between $3500 and $5000. They are ready to perform surgery but require their low estimate of the surgery cost as a deposit before they will go forward. Due to my extensive disabilities, I am not a candidate for financing and have already contributed the little money I had saved towards Logan’s treatment.
This situation is getting desperate. Logan obviously has trouble eating and is losing his appetite. Without this surgery he will begin to go downhill quickly. Every little bit helps. I had to use some funds already raised for diagnostics and boarding. I have him at home now so that funds can go to his surgery rather than to more boarding charges. I am chronically ill with several serious conditions including a rare spinal disease and debilitating PTSD.
