Susann Welch Kennedy & Family

Donation protected

The sisters of Phi Mu Fraterinty, Phi Epsilon Chapter, are joining together once again to assist one of our sisters. Susann Welch Kennedy recently lost her husband, Chris, in a tragic accident. A few short weeks later, Susann also lost her best friend, Lori.

Just last year, Chris was stationed at a naval base in Texas. Now with his untimely passing, Susann will be making the move back to Virginia where they spent the majority of their married life together, the place their family calls 'home'. Susann is an only child and has no family to assist her with this transition. She does, however, have her Phi Mu sisters and extended naval family members who are working together in an effort to bring Susann, Ryan, and Dylan 'home' to Virginia where they can be closer to their loved ones as they begin the healing process.

Susann has a long road ahead of her. She needs to sell her home in El Paso before she can relocate back to the east coast.  She hopes to return to Virginia at the end of the school year in order to have a little time to get settled before the start of the 2016-2017.

We are asking for your help in bringing Susann and her children back home. There will be a lot of unexpected obstacles and expenses during this process and we want to help Susann overcome those obstacles to make this already difficult time a little less difficult in any way we can.  We are extremely grateful for your generosity.
