Help Us Build A Cricket Pitch At UPES!

Since 2015, University Park Elementary School (UPES) has been participating in the BEST Cricket League, this year fielding two teams. Students throughout the school have been enthusiastically learning the sport of cricket and in doing so, have built a wonderful cricket community among themselves and the town of University Park.
To foster this enthusiasm, we are working with the Bowie Boys and Girls Club (BBGC), the BEST Cricket League, and UPES to build a cricket pitch for the students to practice and play their home matches on. In addition to this, a cricket pitch at UPES will allow us to create an area travel team that would encompass University Park and neighboring towns to further develop the children's cricket skills.
BBGC will provide a portion of the funding necessary for the pitch, but we'll need some help from the community to make this happen. Please join us in our fundraiser to raise money to build a cricket pitch for UPES. Any amount you can donate would be helpful in our goal to build a pitch to benefit the students of UPES as well as our wonderful community. Thank you for any donation you can provide!
