We are a group of 7 University of Glasgow students who will undertake a six-week reseach expedition to Guyana in the summer of 2018 and we need your help! Last summer the first UoG ran thier first expedition which was a huge success and this year we plan to build on their tropical research. We will be studying bat populations, frogs, and other mammal species in the Kanuku Mountains Protected Area in the deep interior of Guyana.

Your support means every thing to us and the expedition would greatly benefit from it. Our expedition is no small endeavour and we will be using mist nets, gloves, camera traps, GPS loggers, ox-carts, bus trips, boats and much much more. We do our best to limit the costs and we will be camping in hammocks during the weeks of field work, to be as close to our study sites as possible.
