University Fees- Scholarship

Hiya,
I’m Madalene Joy Stewart a 22 year old girl, who has in the past been detered from university due to the cost. Growing up in a relatively large family with no money, I realised early how debilitating debt is. Afraid even to go into HECS debt.
Recently I realised the importance of education is even bigger than the potential strain of debt.
The quote: “You are scared of dying- and, tell me, is the kind of life you lead really any different to being dead?” spoken by Seneca, comes to mind, because what’s the point of working at all if your money isn’t going towards your future.
Giving myself the opportunity to study, and really allowing my heart to focus on it. I realised this past week an absolute burning desire I have, and I think always had- is to study in the UK. As I didn’t leave high school with the grades I anticipated, my initial place of study will be determined by where I get in.
The irony is beautiful! I was always afraid to enter into the HECS agreement, and now I’d do anything to be able to apply that loan to my study abroad- however from what I can determine that isn’t an option.
I will apply for all scholarships for overseas study as possible, but I don’t want to fall short of my study costs.
Thats where this comes in, I’m calling it a “Community Initiative Scholarship.” The money raised on this platform will go directly to my university costs like a scholarship would- I’m saving the money for my living expenses and everything else needed for this exciting move. Like a scholarship the money you kindly donate will only go towards my study directly- a promise.

I am so grateful to anyone who has taken the time and read my intentions for study. If you’d like to know more before you donate ask and I will answer promptly!
I am only asking for money if you believe you can afford to give it- it doesn’t need to be substantial. If 10,000 people gave me $5 I would reach my goal. In the age of the internet that’s not very many, so don’t strain your bank account unnecessarily.
If you would like to help, but can’t afford to- please do not give this intention monital support, sharing this intention with friends and family you know can afford to is as big a help as anything else.
Why I am doing this, because I know that I need help to achieve this goal and to receive real help, you need to ask for it.
