Please help me sell my house

I am in a terrible spot financially. I have been unable to work since June due to my mental illness. I have spent 7 weeks inpatient and the rest in day hospital. I have no income and have been living off dwindling savings and credit cards.

I finally got an offer on the house that I have been trying to sell. A house that triggers my PTSD so badly I can hardly go there.

But I can't afford to. I found out Thursday that the loan I thought was against the house that I live in is actually against the house I am selling. For less than what I owe.

I cannot get a replacement loan because I do not have a job and am still waiting for an answer about disability.

I need just shy of $12,000. Ican get a cash advance at 25% interest, but only got $5600.

I don't know what to do other than this, other than beg. Try to put aside my pride, put aside my shame, and ask, please, if you have something you are willing to share, my gratitude would be unending.
