Under 19 Men's World Championships

Hi everyone,
For those of you who don't know what floorball is, it is a very fast-paced indoor game that is played on a basketball court-type surface. Floorball is played within the confines of a rink using a whiffle-type ball similar to that of a practice golf ball but the size of a tennis ball.
Floorball was founded in Sweden around 50 years ago, and is very popular in Scandinavian countries where it is played most. In recent years floorball has expanded to approximately 80 countries around the world and is being considered to be included in the Olympic Games in 2020.
After spending many days and nights training and playing games at Pakenham, I am lucky enough to have been selected to be part of the Australian Men's Under 19's team. The World Championships in May this year will be held in Växjö, Sweden.
My previous experiences playing at an International level include the 2015 Men's U19's World Championships in Helsingborg, Sweden where we increased our world ranking from 16th to 14th in the world; and in 2016 I played at the Asia-Oceania World Floorball Qualifiers in Fujiyoshida, Japan where we finshed all three games undefeated and secured our spot in this year's World Championships.
It is a great honour for me to be representing Australia again, it's taken a lot of hard work and dedication for me to be where I am now. I spend most nights with my hands on a floorball stick either playing games, training with my local club, or at home refining the basic skills. I have been dependant on my parents to fund my floorball whether it be playing at Pakenham in the elite and social series, or travelling to play in tournaments around Australia. As floorball is very new to Australia it is not recognised yet by Federal or State governments which means we are unable to get funding towards playing and travelling.
This is where I ask for your help, as it is expensive to travel and play overseas so I would greatly appreciate if you could donate any amount to help support myself and my family to make this possible.
