Una Válvula para Ana Teresa Prieto

Ana Teresa Prieto Sánchez con 27 años de servicio en LUZ Núcleo Costa Oriental del Lago, Coordinadora de PostGrado, Profesora de la materia Investigación de Operaciones y Editora en Jefa de la revista Impacto Científico, necesita tu ayuda.

Mi mamá Ana (es su hija Fabriana quien escribe) sufrió un ACV Hemorrágico el día 21/12/2018 el cuál ha sido intervenido 3 veces (22 de Diciembre del 2018, 31 de Diciembre del 2018 y 12 de Enero del 2019 respectivamente) por medio de instalaciones de drenajes que la ayudarían a extraer la sangre acumulada en su cabeza. Una vez removida la sangre que evitaba que el oxígeno llegar a su cerebro, aún se presenta la necesidad de drenar a pesar de no tener más sangre en él, por lo que se procederá a instalar una válvula interna que la ayude a drenar el líquido en todos sus días porvenir.

Nosotros, sus hijos y familiares hemos velado por su bienestar desde el primer día y lo seguiremos haciendo, no ha sido tarea fácil, ha sido un trabajo fuerte en el cual no pensamos rendirnos… estamos bajo una situación difícil tanto económicamente como en nuestro entorno, por lo cual toda ayuda será bienvenida por más mínima que sea. Mi madre es un miembro importante y el pilar que sostiene a nuestra familia; es una persona admirable, divertida y con una voluntad de oro, una fortaleza impresionante y es, sin lugar a dudas, la persona más fuerte que conozco. Por favor, ayúdennos a recuperar a mi mamá, estamos un paso más cerca de lograrlo.

Ana Teresa es madre de 3 hijos que necesitamos por todos los medios ayudarla con su tratamiento y recuperación, las cuales tienen un costo de $4000 en total cubriendo el kit de válvula,  quirófano y tratamientos.

My mother Ana (it is her daughter Fabriana who's writing) suffered a hemorrhagic brain stroke on Friday 21/12/2018 which has been intervened 3 times (December 22, 2018; December 31, 2018 and January 12, 2019 respectively) through installation of drainages that helped to remove the blood accumulated in her head. Once the blood that prevented oxygen from reaching her brain was removed, and because of the fact that she's still draining fluid even though there's no blood left, an internal valve needs to be installed in order to help her drain fluids in all her days to come.

We--- her children and relatives--- have watched over her well-being and health from the first day and we will continue doing it, it hasn't been an easy task, it has been a hard work which we don't intend giving up... we're under a difficult situation both economically and in our environment, therefore any help will be most welcome no matter how minimal. My mother is an important member and the pillar that sustains our family; she's an admirable person, fun and with a will of gold, an impressive strength and she is, without a doubt, the strongest person I know. Please, help us get my mom back, we are one step closer to achieving it.

Ana Teresa is the mother of 3 children and we need, by all means, to help her with her treatment and recovery, which has cost of $4000 in total covering the valve kit, operating room and treatments.
