UMassD Nursing Haiti Trip
Donation protected
This March 8th to 16th, myself and ten UMass Dartmouth nursing students along with professors and registered nurses will be traveling to Port-au-Prince, Haiti during our spring break with the organization Partners In Development. While in Haiti, we will help run a medical clinic for the Haitian community.
We are going to bring various items down to Haiti with us to give out to those in need in the community. Some of the items we need and are accepting are soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste (children's and adults), shampoo, small children's toys or stickers, and children's vitamins!
We are raising money specifically to buy children's vitamins in bulk and to print educational materials on hygiene to present to the community in Haiti.
Any little amount helps and thank you in advance!
