Jake’s Medical Expenses

We are sorry to be asking for money but without help Jake cannot receive the proper treatments he needs. While on a trip in Cancun, diving Jake hit his head lost conciouness, and almost drowned. He is curently in the ICU with a spinal injury and needs surgery as soon as possible. Please keep him in your prayers and thank you for your donations. God bless you.

Perdon por pedir dinero pero lastimosamente si no hay dinero no le hacen los precedimentos para su recuperación. Mientras en Cancun Jake se golpio la cabeza,y se ahogo. En este momento esta en cuidados intensivos con una fractura en la columna y necesita cirugia lo mas pronto posible. Por favor mentengalo en sus oraciónes y gracias por las donaciones. This campaign is being managed by his girlfriend Melissa and his sister Jennifer. The money that is kindly being donated will be going to the hospital bills here in Cancun which as of today 06/07/18 is $50,000 dollars, the transportation (air ambulance) and the remaining of the bills back at the U.S that the insurance company does not cover. Jake will need long term rehab because of his condition. Both of his parents are here in Cancun, and had to leave their jobs. We want to make sure our donors know where their donations are going and how much they are appreciated.

Esta campaña está siendo manejada por la novia Melissa y la hermanita Jennifer. El dinero que generosamente están donando va ser usado para pagar la cuenta del hospital en Cancun que en este momento 06/07/18 son $50,000 dólares, la transportación (avión ambulancia) y el resto de las cuentas en Estados Unidos que el seguro no cubre. Por el estado en el que se encuentra, Jake tendrá que estar en terapias por un largo tiempo. Su madre y su padre están a su cuidado y han tenido que dejar sus trabajos.
