Help restore a historical building

Hi, 
       I am living paycheck to paycheck and need help getting funds to open up my very own coffee and pastry shop. This has been a life long dream of mine and thought it was high time to stop dreaming about it and do it. 
     Not only will you be helping me fullfill my dream but also bring a few jobs to the small community I live in that will need to be filled once the shop is opened. Will also bring beauty to this community as well by allowing me to restore an old building in need of repair. 
      I will need as close to this amount as possible, or more to: buy the building, get it restored to code,  get the appliances needed, get it health code ready, and buy inventory and such for big opening.
