Bringing a Little Home to the Vets

We invite you to join us on September 17th, 2016 for a benefit ride to the VA Hospital in Richmond, VA.  The participation fee for the ride will be $20.00 per rider to be collected at the meetup site.  We are raising money for the Veteran's canteen for those currently convalescing in the hospital. If you plan to attend the ride please tell us in the comments section.  If you plan to bring or provide home made food please indicate what you are bringing in the comments section so we can avoid duplicating efforts.  Food donations will be collected from 7-9am at the Saints & Soldiers clubhouse @ 404 Aberdeen Road, Hampton, VA 23661 right next to the Hampton Collision Center.  If you cannot make it during that timeframe we will have collection available the night before for folks in the Va Beach and Hampton areas.  Dropoff locations will be at LJ's or Skid's house on the Va Beach side and the clubhouse in Hampton.  All food items and servers will need to be on site at the Hospital at 10am for setup and to heat the food items.  The actual luncheon event will be held from 1130am to 3:00pm.

We ask that your food item donation be in disposable aluminum cook trays and pans.  (They're going on a one way trip...).  Saints and Soldiers will provide the roasted pig.

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE HOMEMADE - No store bought items please.
