New IPad Help

I'm a disabled gay man on a very limited income and my current iPad is unfortunately having mechanical issues. I'm raising money to help me buy a new replacement. My iPad is the computer I depend on and use all the time. I'm also an artist and use it for my drawings. It's really my most used connection to the world and I depend on it immensely. Any help would be so appreciated in keeping me connected! Thank you so much!
