Denise Bonner is the wife of Patrick Bonner and the mother of three beautiful daughters, Kiera 22, Kaley 14, and Courtney 9.
In October 2013 at 41 years old, Denise was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer after undergoing emergency surgery for an obstruction in her sigmoid colon. Denise endured 11 cycles of aggressive chemotherapy in the hope that the cancer would be halted.
In September of 2014, a cancerous tumor in her ovary was discovered and Denise had to undergo surgery to remove it. 12 more chemotherapy treatments followed the second surgery only to find out that she now has two additional tumors that the chemotherapy has had no effect on.
Denise will be undergoing a third surgery in the near future to remove them.
Throughout the entire ordeal Denise has remained positive and dealt with every challenge with grace and a sense of humor. She smiled through every chemotherapy treatment and truly inspired others with her strength and uplifting spirit.
As you can imagine, cancer is not cheap. We have created this page to help Denise and her family focus on beating cancer for good and not worry about the financial struggles associated with her treatments. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
