Maddy was abused...but we can help!
Tax deductible
Meet Maddy.
Maddy is a one year old female that came to the shelter with a broken front leg. We believe that she sustained this injury when she was a kitten. Whether accidental or intentional, she was clearly abused as the injury was never treated. We don’t know how she was able to survive and manage but thankfully she did!
We are so glad she is now safe with us at the Pat Brody Shelter for Cats.
Despite all she has suffered, Maddy is incredibly sweet and VERY playful. She loves to race around her cage with toys and she loves when the volunteers pet her. Maddy has no feeling in this leg and cannot put any weight on it. It is not currently causing her pain but it does affect her mobility. She has been assessed by a vet and it is receommended that her leg be amputated. This surgery will enable her to have a much easier time getting around.
We need to raise $2000 so that Maddy can have her leg amputated by a board certified surgeon and be spayed as well.
Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated and will go directly toward giving Maddy a better life as she waits to find her forever home.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity! >^..^<
