U14 Water Polo Boys Nationals
For the first time in several years, the National Club Water Polo Champs for the under 14 boys will be held in Albury-Wodonga, Victoria. Usually the tournament is held on the Gold Coast.
Given the location of the competition this year, the expense for the boys to travel to the event is much higher than usual. With many single parents of the boys, we are asking for our friends and families support to get our boys to the competition! Even if you can donate $10 or $20 that would help a lot.
Costs will go towards:
- Return flights from Brisbane to Victoria
- Accommodation
- Food (these boys are growing fast and eat a lot)
- Uniforms
- Travel expenses for a coach and manager.
About the boys & club
The Sunshine Coast Water Polo Club has a strong history of competing on a national basis in many age groups. In the 14U BOYS NATIONAL AGED CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS in 2015, they gained second place. The current team have been competing in the Brisbane Metro Competition with great results and hope to be strong contenders in the Nationals too.
About the competition
The 2017 14U BOYS NATIONAL AGED CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS will take place from Tuesday 11 April to Monday 17 April 2017.
